‘May the Contents of This Box Blow the S*** Out of Hitler’

Tooele Army Depot in Tooele, UT, tweet­ed a mes­sage to Hitler they dis­cov­ered in a 77-year-old ammo box.

“May the con­tents of this box of blow the s*** out of Hitler,” said the mes­sage. An Army demil crew found the mes­sage scrib­bled inside the box while destroy­ing old ammo.

“Sor­ry for the salty lan­guage, but when that mes­sage was scrib­bled inside a box of .50 cal rounds 77 years ago, we were a nation at war. #great­est­gen­er­a­tion,” read the tweet.
