Houseplant Joe Biden got confused yet again, this time saying his inauguration was last February.
This is a textbook example of the MMMs’ double standard: If a Republican blunders into a gaffe, the MMMs immediately spew, from every orifice, that the Republican is an idiot. If a Democratic does the same thing, they spew about how everyone gaffes on occasion, and mocking the gaffe is a Very Bad Thing.
In this case, they’re just ignoring it.
To be fair, everyone does trip verbally on occasion. But not Biden; Biden mumbles incoherently or trails off in the middle of a sentence or forgets what he’s talking about almost every day. It’s not unfair to express concern about Biden’s cognitive issues, but it ain’t gonna happen.
If a Republican was in the White House and was having this much trouble with public speaking, the media would be talking about the 25th Amendment and interviewing experts on Alzheimer’s and speech patterns and dementia and the president’s IQ.
Maybe they should start worrying about Biden. The elephant in the room no one wants to talk about is named Kamala Harris. With her approval rating in the low 30s, even diedhard leftists don’t want someone as intensely disliked as Harris in the Oval Office.
